Your Savings Add Up With Change Saver™

With every point-of-sale purchase made using your Montgomery Bank debit card, your transaction will be rounded up to the next whole U.S. dollar.  Your total for the day will then be transferred into your savings account.

How to Get Started

You can enroll at any branch location, by calling your local branch or our Customer Service Center at 800-455-2275 during normal business hours or you can enroll in your online banking session.  Just look for the Change Saver Enrollment link at the bottom of the session page.

  • Change Saver can be added to any Montgomery Bank checking account.  When added, it is then applied to all debit cards on that account.
  • Qualifying purchases are any Point-of-Sale (POS) debit card purchase transaction, including purchases using a pin or signature/credit purchases made using your Montgomery Bank debit card.*
  • You can elect to have your change deposited into a Kid’s Club account as long as the owner of the checking account is also an owner on the Kid’s Club savings account.

*Non qualifying purchases would be any cash withdrawal from an ATM or over-the-counter cash withdrawal; bill payment transaction; any online banking transaction; ACH, check or draft transaction; and electronic cash application transaction.   A round-up calculation will not be made if a qualifying transaction consists of whole dollar amounts, e.g., $5.00.   HSA and business accounts cannot be enrolled in Change Saver™.
