Our goal at Montgomery Bank is to deliver Easier and Friendlier Financial Services to our customers.  We look forward to meeting with you face-to-face whether it is with our tellers across the teller lines or in consultation with our personal bankers.  We prefer doing business that way and believe you do, too.

However, with the spread of the Coronavirus continuing, we must be willing and flexible to follow the guidelines of health professionals and do what is right to protect both our employees and you, our customer.  Within these guidelines we are told that keeping a strict social distance from each other is a major key to stopping the spread of this virus.

With that in mind, we will be temporarily closing the lobbies of our bank branches beginning Monday, March 23.  All of our bankers are still working.  Our drive-thru, ATMs, Customer Service Center and our online and mobile banking services will continue to operate as usual.  Lobby access will be limited and will be allowed by prior request.

It is our desire to provide you the best service possible during these unusual times.  For a while this means using the phone and computer more and our lobbies less.  We don’t know how long this change will be in place.  We will continue to monitor guidance from health professionals as well as national, state, and local officials and do what is necessary for as long as needed to keep our employees and customers safe.

It is important that we work together to help stop the spread of this virus throughout our communities.  Thank you for your understanding and we look forward to having you back in our lobbies very soon.
