We are excited to announce another enhancement to our online banking service. Messenger is an alert-based service that will allows you to set up notifications on your accounts. There are three account types that can be chosen:

  • Checking Low Balance Alert
  • Loan Payment Posted Notice
  • Savings Low Balance Alert

You can choose to receive notifications in your online banking session or via text or email.  The option to add alerts has been added to the row of services on your online banking session home page.

This service will also be utilized to send you important messages. These messages will appear in your online banking session message center.

1.  Log into your online banking session. You will now see an option to Manage Alerts.

2.  After choosing Manager Alerts, you will see an option for Messenger. Click on this link to begin.

3.  Choose to Set up a New Alert

4.  Choose the type of Alert you wish to receive. 

  • Checking Low Balance Alert
  • Loan Payment Posted Notice
  • Savings Low Balance Alert

5.  Enter the requested values and choose how to be notified.  You can choose to be notified Online, via Email or Text.

If you choose Online, the alert will appear on the welcome screen of your online banking session.

If you choose Email, enter the email address to receive the notification and choose finish.

If you choose Text, enter the mobile number and mobile phone carrier that will receive the notification.

If you would prefer to receive the alert in multiple notifications, you will need to set the alert up individually for each method. 

You can view and edit your summary of alerts at any time.
