ALERT: It has come to our attention that a few of our business customers have been targeted with a familiar scam – spoofing our customer service line and claiming to be someone from the Montgomery Bank IT or fraud department in order to gain access to their online banking. Please be cautious and follow all the proper procedures for verification, most especially speaking with a trusted contact at the bank before acting on any unexpected call, email, or text, and never give personal information or banking login credentials to anyone.  We will never ask for that information. If you receive a request like this, please reach out to your banker or contact the Montgomery Bank Customer Service Center at 800-455-2275 to verify the information.
