Commercial Documentation Specialist

Responsibilities:

Prepares commercial credit documentation in accordance with credit policy and loan approval requirements; performs commercial credit investigations, coordinates loan closings with approved title companies; acts to minimize commercial loan technical exceptions; monitors technical exceptions and resolves outstanding technical exceptions quickly; follows-up to extinguish post-closing commercial documentation items such as final title policies. Orders and reviews third party information; Communicates and coordinates commercial loan closing statement data; Prepares preliminary commercial loan closing documentation; Performs “scrub” on original commercial loan physical file to ensure appropriate retention of records; Performs other commercial credit related tasks as direction of supervisor.

  • Imaging and credit records policy and procedure
  • Data processing programs
